Here shown is 1 of 2 Magirus 90 mounted with a AUTOKO telephone exchange. 1 exchange was able to handle 36 and the other 72 subscribers.
The vehicles were operated by the 2. (DA) Signal Battalion from around 1985 until approx. year 2000. The battalion were situated in Toender and attached to the former LANDJUT Corps in Rendsburg, Germany.
