At some point under their presence in Iraq the turrets were removed from a number of vehicles, probably to ease the strain on the vehicles. The mount used for the machinegun (M/62) was taken from obsolete M41 DK1 tanks.
In Iraq wirecutters, smoke dischargers and a searchlight were fitted as field modification.
