Specific: The Eagle I was ordered in 1994 and 36
were delivered from 1995 to 1997. It is produced by the Swiss company Mowag
on a platform of the HMMWV. The Eagle competed with
Panhard VBL, AM General HMMWV and ACORN by Alvis.

standard. Mounted with Webasto engine heater.
A newer version, the EAGLE II, is now made based on the
ECV (Expanded Capacity Vehicle) HMMWV chassis of AM
GENERAL CORP. This provides a higher engine performance
as well as an increased payload carrying capacity.
This vehicle has not been acquired by Denmark.
